Sourcing our Products
We support local businesses and communities by sourcing our products from local and regional producers, enabling thefcdeli to offer fantastic food made from the freshest ingredients. For our more exotic and high end produce we use bona fide sources from abroad which include the food markets of France, Italy and Greece. This way we get authentic products at the highest quality at competitive prices from reliable sources who know you need the best ingredients to make delicious food.
All of our fruit, vegetables and herbs come fresh and direct from importers, so as to ensure the highest quality. We have an extensive list of microgreen such as 'Mizuna' and 'Greek Cress'.
We stock a large variety of condiments from oils and peppercorns to vinegars and salts. There is a vast selection of creams, yoghurts and butters. In addition to this our cheese selection boasts the finest imported cheeses from overseas, and the very best cheeses from the UK such as ‘Irish Gubeen’ and ‘Somerset Brie’.
Our red meat includes the highest quality Kobe Beef fillet steak and fillets of ostrich. Our fish section includes frogs legs, various high end caviars and fish soup. Fresh poultry, fish delicacies and fine cured meats, specially selected Spanish meats are also all on offer from our website.
We pride ourselves in delivering a range of products from imported nuts and dried fruit to filo pastry and tartlet cases. We also specialise in dried or fresh pasta, herbs, spices and a olives. We also stock a vast selection of authentic Asian and Italian products.
